History

Datafaks was founded in 1988 as a private company and changed its legal status to limited liability company in 1994.

Starting its operations with determination and faith in an area of 150m2 as a Paper Roll and Fax Paper producer, Datafaks serves to the Stationery and Retail sector for long years. The production operations of Datafaks has started with local production machines and the foundations for today were laid by making investments to imported roll cut machine by time.

Datafaks has continuously increased its investments in line with the need in supplying paper roll, which has gained a significant importance with the finance industry to implement new technologies.

Datafaks has built a new factory building of 2.500 m2 in Ümraniye in 2002 and continued with its production here.

With the Continuous Paper Machines investment in 2003, the production activities have shifted to the Printing Sector.

Datafaks started to provide service to the leading companies of Turkey in printed document field with the investments made on printing machines and has achieved a superior success in this field, just like in the other fields.

In 2009, an investment for a new factory building of 2.500 m2 was made in the same area and the production has continued in this building by installing a machine park. In addition to this, the company has implemented firsts in Turkey in this field by investing to 8-color Continuous Paper Printing Machine.

The machine park has been expanded with Layer Offset Printing Machine investments made later and services have been implemented in another field of printing sector.

With a land investment made in 2011 in Istanbul Leather Organized Industrial Zone, the construction of the factory building with an indoor area of 15.000 m2 has started.

In the beginning of 2013, the production activities has started in the factory building located in Istanbul Leather Organized Industrial Zone.

Following the moving into the new factory building and starting the production activities here, investments were made for Continuous Paper and Layer Offset Machines and the machine park has become pretty strong.

Today, the investments and employment of Datafaks continues to grow with full pace in accordance with its targets.
